Das LANGER, früher kultiger Vintageladen in Mannheims Neckarstadt, hat sich im Oktober 2022 zu einem Raum für Fotografie gewandelt. Es bietet einen Ausstellungsort für Newcomer, einen Projektraum für die regionale Fotoszene und einen Begegnungsort für Kulturinteressierte. Hier finden in regelmäßigen Abständen Workshops, Buch- & Filmvorstellungen, Artist Talks und experimentelle Formate statt. Gleichzeitig wird auch die Nachbarschaft aus der Neckarstadt durch partizipative Projekte eingebunden.
Betrieben wird das LANGER von Arthur Bauer und Elisa Berdica, die seit vielen Jahren als freie FotografInnen tätig sind.

The LANGER, formerly an iconic vintage store in Mannheim's Neckarstadt, has turned into a space for photography in October 2022. It offers an exhibition venue for newcomers, a project space for the regional photo scene and a meeting place for people interested in culture. Workshops, book & film screenings, artist talks and experimental formats take place here on a regular basis. Additionally, the Neckarstadt community is invited to participate in activities and projects.
The LANGER is run by Arthur Bauer and Elisa Berdica, who have been working as freelance photographers for many years.
